    • This release is a bugfix release which fixes several bugs that appeared in version 6.4.3.

  • Please read this before installing the update
    • Please note that for the proper operation of the STARFACE some ports must not be blocked. This especially refers to automatic updating of the SIP line profiles. For more information, please visit: https://knowledge.starface.de/pages/...pageId=6128345
    • Please note that the update will download a significant amount of data.
    • Should you be updating a STARFACE PRO v2 appliance, please ensure that there is at least 2.5GB of storage available.
    • We strongly recommend reducing the size of the call data record with the module "STARFACE Archivierung", as well as ensuring that fully-qualified phone numbers are used in modules.

  • General
    • The OpenStage phones OpenStage 15, OpenStage 40, OpenStage 60 have received a firmware update to version V3R5.8.0


  • Bugfixes
    • Note: The CALL-IDs of the individual bugfixes can be found in the corresponding release notes in the forum.
    • Fixed an issue where using special characters ("%", "&", "") in passwords could cause problems.
    • Fixed a bug where the UCC Client for Mac did not display names for external numbers in the call history.
    • Fixed a bug that caused the UCC Client for Mac to open an older version of the manuel in the help menu
    • Fixed an issue where a second call in the UCC Client for Mac did not knock, but rang despite an ongoing call
    • Fixed a bug where the moduluser did not have write access to generated mount points of module components.
    • Fixed an issue where some NGN ports were no longer able to be registered.
    • Fixed a bug where the DNS resolution did not always work correctly.
    • Fixed a bug that prevented the module info text to be correctly displayed.
    • Fixed a rare bug that caused the module "redundancy" to fail with the 6.4.3 update.
    • Fixed a bug that caused root-code in modules to not be excecuted properly after an import.
    • Fixed a bug that prevented the sending of provider action codes ("#", "*") via ISDN or analog.
