- Please note before installing this update
- The update to STARFACE 6.5.1 requires up to 4 GB of free storage.
- We recommend reducing the size of the call data record with the module "STARFACE Archivierung", and to ensure that fully-qualified phone numbers are used in all module configurations.
- Please note that SIPTRUNK.DE is yet to be updated for STARFACE 6.5.1.
- The Firefox configuration setting "network.http.sendRefererHeader" must be set to the default value "2". Alternate settings can cause problems when working with the administration panel and the iQueue widget.

- It is no longer possible to place an anonymous call to an emergency number. Anonymous emergency calls could lead to a slower response from emergency services due to longer caller identification procedures.
- It was possible for the activation of a Quickdial function key to trigger an infinite loop.
- Fixed a bug that broke the export of recorded group calls.[Call#6901721]
- The conversion of recorded audio files in the module Modcall occasionally failed.
- It was possible for the saving of the line configuration to take much longer that necessary. [Call#6902692]
- The agent intermission timer did not trigger when an iQueue call was placed on hold and resumed.
- It was possible for new users to not be able to click the button "Keys" in the web interface.
- The module Zeitgesteuerte Umleitung attempted to signal the internal phone number of a user when externally redirecting the call.
