- The update to STARFACE 6.6 requires up to 4 GB of free storage.
- We recommend reducing the size of the call data record with the module "STARFACE Archivierung", and to ensure that fully-qualified phone numbers are used in all module configurations.
- If you are using STARFACE Connect, please check the line routing settings to ensure that it is using the highest routing priority.
- The Firefox configuration setting "network.http.sendRefererHeader" must be set to the default value "2". Alternate settings can cause problems when working with the administration panel and the iQueue widget.
- Before you install you should check if your provider profile has been updated on SIPCHECK.COM.

- It was possible for a function key id to be displayed in the re-dial menu of Yealink telephones. [Call#1063641]
- Groups were unavailable when a telephone line (FXS/ISDN) was assigned to more than one agent. [Call#6912735]
- Under certain circumstances, it was possible for not all callers to be displayed in the iQueue widget. [Call#6910498]
- It was possible to cause outgoing calls of other users to be ended by dialling *8 for a random call pickup. [Call#6912379]
- It was possible for the visibility of an interconnection to be one-way only. [Call#6911470]
- It was possible to import empty address book contacts via CSV.
