    • Please note before installing this update

      • The update to STARFACE 6.6 requires up to 4 GB of free storage.
      • We recommend reducing the size of the call data record with the module "STARFACE Archivierung", and to ensure that fully-qualified phone numbers are used in all module configurations.
      • If you are using STARFACE Connect, please check the line routing settings to ensure that it is using the highest routing priority.
      • The Firefox configuration setting "network.http.sendRefererHeader" must be set to the default value "2". Alternate settings can cause problems when working with the administration panel and the iQueue widget.
      • Before you install you should check if your provider profile has been updated on SIPCHECK.COM.

      • It was possible for a function key id to be displayed in the re-dial menu of Yealink telephones. [Call#1063641]
      • Groups were unavailable when a telephone line (FXS/ISDN) was assigned to more than one agent. [Call#6912735]
      • Under certain circumstances, it was possible for not all callers to be displayed in the iQueue widget. [Call#6910498]
      • It was possible to cause outgoing calls of other users to be ended by dialling *8 for a random call pickup. [Call#6912379]
      • It was possible for the visibility of an interconnection to be one-way only. [Call#6911470]
      • It was possible to import empty address book contacts via CSV.
      • It was not possible to import web server certificates via the Administration Panel. [Call#1077990] [Call#6910559]
      • Some STARFACE Connect phone numbers were not imported correctly.
      • The instant messaging history of a user was not cleared when the user was deleted. [Call#6910513]
      • Variables in conference invitations were always replaced by the English text if the "Default" text was selected.

      • A group created directly after creating a group with an external phone number was also assigned that external telephone number.

      • Function keys were copied to all telephones belonging to a user, instead of just the device selected.
      • The resolution of caller names from the internal address book has been improved significantly.

      • SIP lines would sometimes not register when the host IP address behind a DNS name changed
      • Calls were incorrectly hung up if they were parked too frequently
      • In rare circumstances, it was possible for an incoming call to be sent to the wrong extension
      • NGN accounts could not be saved for some provider profiles



    • Known Issues Gigaset N870

      • A reboot or manual provisioning request via the N870 web interface is required after a factory reset or role change.
      • The contacts telephone key is currently undefined.
      • The Umlaut "ü" in the "SF-Menü" softkey label is displayed incorrectly for German users.
      • Devices switch to speakerphone when retrieving voicemails.
      • Devices switch to speakerphone when receiving CTI calls.
      • Registering multiple handsets simultaneously will frequently fail.



    • Known Issues Fanvil

      • The Call-List and Contact Search keys are not linked to the STARFACE service.
      • Some line breaks are not displayed correctly.
      • A reboot is required after the device is autoprovisioned.
      • Some resources are incorrectly translated.
      • The "Park and Orbit" function key does not work.
      • Miscellaneous known issues when displaying new voicemail messages
      • The re-dial key is not linked to the Call-List.
      • Some display issues were noted when using a quickdial key to initiate a call.
      • Navigating in the STARFACE-Menu is not fully implemented.
      • The telephone does not register the removal of the device from a user.



    • Known Issues REST API for Conferences

      • The permissions for the creation and alteration of conferences are not respected for some actions.
      • It is not possible to edit a managed conference if an internal participant is using a phone number that isn't their primary internal number.
