Important Information about this Release
- When updating to STARFACE 6.7.1, please note that the update requires a minimum of 4 GB of free space.

- Before you install you should check if your provider profile has been updated on SIPCHECK.COM.
- It is necessary to use the latest version of the UCC client in combination with the latest version of the telephony system
New Features
- Snom & Yealink: Improved STARFACE update mechanism prevents the loss of configuration settings on the device during a phone's update: After a firmware update as a result of a STARFACE update, Snom and Yealink phones can receive their SIP and phone menu passwords as often as they want within a period of 20 minutes.
- A new button in the Phone menu allows the generation and transmission of new SIP passwords for all phones.
- Phone list: Re-transfer SIP and Admin credentials from the context menu.
- Snom & Yealink: Provisioning timeframe for SIP and phone menu passwords introduced. After initial configuration of a phone, SIP and phone menu passwords are no longer provisioned. The STARFACE administration interface allows you to enable transmission for a 20-minute window.
- Faster detection of unavailable phones after a timeout of 60 seconds. Does not work in all scenarios for Snom devices.
- Snom & Yealink: For security reasons, administration passwords are only transferred once.
- Yealink and Snom: The password set in STARFACE for the web interface of the phones is only transmitted to the phones once. It is only retransmitted after a new change.
