Hallo zusammen,
wir sind hier heute bei einem Projekt auf das seltsame Problem gestoßen, dass die eingehenden Anrufe nicht aufgelöst werden. Ursächlich scheint hier die Rufnummernkennung zu sein.
Anbieter ist hier COLT mit vier ISDN-NTBAs (Anlagenanschluss). Rauswählen kann man problemlos und die Leitungen sind grün.
Eingehend wird die eingehende Rufnummer scheinbar nicht richtig signalisiert und daher nicht von der Starface erkannt. Der Anruf wird dann abgewiesen.
Ein Anrufversuch von 0171-987654321 auf 0211-1234567 dann so aus:

Es spielt übrigens keine Rolle, ob als Nummernformat "Unkown", "Default", "National" oder "International" gewählt wird. Zumindest werden in allen Fällen die Anrufe nicht durchgestellt und nicht korrekt signalisiert.
Ich vermute, dass dort eine Einstellung in der manuellen Leitungskonfiguration notwendig wird. Leider sind wir uns hier nicht mehr sicher, welche da die richtige ist. Vielleicht hat einer COLT mit ISDN im Einsatz und hat zufällig den richtigen Kniff parat?
Genutzt wird übrigens Starface 6.4.1.11 auf einer Starface Appliance Pro.
