Hallo STARFACE-Team,
ich habe hier eine interessante Appliance von Sirrix. Dazu habe ich ein Disk-On-A-Modul. Gibt es irgendetwas bei der Installation zu beachten?

wir haben zwei Probleme mit dem ISDN Anschluss:
1) der Anschluss besteht aus einem Mehrgeraeteanschluss. Sicher! selbst der Telco hat bestaetigt: Mehrgeraeteanschluss!
Allerdings wird keine Verbindung hergestellt. Stellen wir den Anschluss auf Anlagenanschluss (eigenltich falsch) so wird eine Verbindung aufgebaut. Woran liegts ?

2) an anderer Stelle haben wir einen Anlagenanschluss mit 2 Uk0/S0 Anschluessen. Bei eingehenden Gespraechen srscheinen immer 2 (!) Anrufe auf der Konsole. Da stimmt doch was nicht.

im Starface-Rechner stecken mehr als eine Netzwerkkarte. Asterisk bindet sich nur an eine, Telefone der registrieren sich nicht.

My SIP-Provider was not configured in within STARFACE in advance. Can I add a provider manually? If yes, what settings/parameters do I have to pay attention to?

Well, I think it would be nice, if the STARFACE-Software contains ....
When will You do or why not ?

I read that QSC is not working with the STARFACE PBX. Is this going to be patched? Was the provider tested?

I downloaded and installed the TAPI driver and WinClient from the preferences section. Installation went alright, but after configuring the client it just couldn't register with my STARFACE.

My guess is that the mistake is in the field "Network host". I put the IP of the server in there. Or must it remain empty?

when I click Administration / Callmanager nothing happens
what is wrong? I double checked my settings.

Hi, as I'm already familiar to Windows, I don't want to install such new things. Why don't You integrate it, so I can run setup.exe from a CD-ROM and it installs on existing Windows XP ?
